The role

We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to drive customer satisfaction, ensure smooth implementation, and champion our technical robotics solutions to a broad audience. This role focuses on implementation, service, support, and occasional travel, helping customers successfully adopt and use our products while providing a platform for feedback and improvement.

What you will do

  • Lead customer implementation and onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition from demo to full deployment.
  • Provide technical product proposition and guidance to customers, acting as their primary contact for troubleshooting, best practices, and product education.
  • Support customers in real-time, addressing technical questions, resolving issues, and collecting feedback to improve our solutions.
  • Work closely with engineering and robotics teams to translate customer needs into actionable improvements.
  • Manage customer expectations during and after implementation, ensuring alignment with our product capabilities.
  • Work closely with marketing to refine messaging, create technical content (e.g., case studies, tutorials), and provide customer insights.

What you bring

  • Experience in customer success, technical support, or customer implementation, preferably in robotics, automation, or SaaS.
  • Strong technical fluency: comfortable explaining complex robotics concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, and sales teams.
  • Proactive communication and a knack for building trust with customers.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for on-site support and demos.
